Mr. Rountree is entering his 20th year in education. Mr. Rountree spent 17 years as a teacher and coach within the Douglas County School System, and two years as an Assistant Principal within the Polk School District. Mr. Rountree is happy and proud to serve the students, parents, and staff of WES, and will try his absolute best to create a premier school experience for all stakeholders. Mr. Rountree is an avid sports fan, who roots for the Braves, Dawgs, Falcons, and Chase Elliot. Mr, Rountree resides in Whitesburg with his wife, Tricia who also teaches at CHS.
