Coach Bianca Helton is a Carroll County native. She graduated from Temple High School in 2009 then attended Savannah State University where she played women's volleyball and graduated with a degree in Behavior Analysis in 2013. She went on to the University of West Georgia where she was a member of Kappa Delta Pi and graduated with both her Master's degree (2018) and Specialist degree (2025) in Special Education. She began her teaching career in Savannah, GA before coming to VRHS in 2016. Coach Helton served as Head Volleyball Coach at VRHS from 2018 to 2023, where she was voted the 2021 and 2022 Region Coach of the Year and lead the Lady Wildcats to their first Region Championship and Sweet Sixteen playoff appearance in program history.
